How Could You?

How could you do this?
I felt all the knives stab into me,
All the sadness filling my heart.
Adding a brick or two at a time.

Biting back the tears,
Noticing all my fears.
I'd like to thank you now.
Now that I feel so empty inside,
That I lost a best friend.
Will my heart ever mend.

And the question still comes to mind.
"How could you?" 

A poem that seems soo appropriate by my mother

[Anti] Reality

[Blushing] She sits there
Wondering if he will noticeHer and her [anti] reality.
Sky blue eyes gaze [and graze]
Into his face [of lies]
She’s I n v I s I b l e to him.
She cuts the tension [and legs]
Dying for attention [and futile expression]
He asks her what she’s looking at [a ghost]
She does [not] realize that she’s alone.
He’s turned into a statue [of nothing]
Crap spread on the sheets [again]
Time passes by [s l o w l y]
As she sits in her cellAnti-biotic stopped working.
Slowly she dies [alone]
He never realized [or cared]
That she existed.
Forever now, she’s gone [but here]
Into the abyss of blue [grey]
Seas crash into her mind. [useless]
